Peng Jian Xin ( Li Nanxing) & Chen Han Qiang (Terence Cao)are civil defence officers both of whom have earned a good name for their commendable performance at work. Jian Xin is married with a son. His wife desires the material comforts in life & is often at odds with him for not providing her with the financial means to setup a beauty shop. Under pressure from his wife, Jian Xin momentarily driven to despair. He gets drunk & tell Xiao Kai (Brandon Wong) the way to burn a place down. To his alarm, Xiao Kai really went on to commit arson. With this, a worker gets killed in the flames. Xiao Kai feels sorrowful & thinks if giving up himself to the police, however, his wife had left him & he is not able to leave his son in the lurch. Tian Yi investigate the fire & suspect arson. Also she found this fire similar to the one broke a year ago.
