The Thing (Movie Featurettes)
This October 13, United International Pictures proudly brings to you THE THING which serves as a prelude to John Carpenter’s classic 1982 film of the same name.
In this prequel, paleontologist Kate Lloyd travels to Antarctica with a Norwegian scientific team for the expedition of her lifetime.
However, the expedition turns into a mission of survival when she discovers an alien that seems to have died in a crash eons ago and unearths it. With its ability to shape shift, this creature is able to turn itself into a perfect replica of anything it touches and infect the team one by one.
In order to stop the creature and survive, Kate must join forces together with the crew’s pilot, Carter, before it is too late.
