Bao is sent to a rehabilitation centre. He treats it as a free hotel stay as he has no family. At 14, he names himself 'Bao' (leopard) because he's impressed by the animal's speed. At the centre, he meets Lang and Rocky. Lang is unhappy when Seki chooses Bao as her boyfriend. To fulfil Seki's materialistic needs, Bao and gang rob a jewellery shop and hide the loot in the woods. 2 months later, Bao and Rocky find the loot missing. Rocky is killed by police officer Du Wei and Bao is sent to prison. When Seki marries Lang, Bao realises they had betrayed him and Rocky. 10 years passed, Bao is released and bent on revenge.
