A severed head is found in Orchard Road. The grisly findings continue with the torso and limbsof the victim, a Filipino maid. As Insp Han and SSgt Razali investigate the crime, they are surprised to find the trail leading to the victim's best friend, a petite Filipino maid by the name of Rosa. The police investigations, and the subsequent trial, uncover not only the details behind the grisly end to a long friendship, but also an illegal moneylending scheme among Filipino maids.
